Major Global Luxury Hotel Brand role as a Senior Business Development Manager / Team Lead role managing a remote working sales team based across North America and Canada.

$120,000-$150,000, plus bonus.

Remote working with approximately 20% travel, domestic and occasional international travel, to support customer meetings, team meetings and industry events.

Can be based anywhere in the US, preferrable North America and definitely within an hour of an airport.

The key to this role is Team Lead experience and experience in strengthening relationships with travel advisors, wholesale partners, host agencies, consortia in the Leisure & All-Inclusive market.

The role day-to-day leader and primary point of contact for the North America Leisure & All-Inclusive team, with responsibility for team development, commercial performance, partner engagement, resource deployment, reporting accuracy, and execution of strategic business priorities.

• The majority of the role will be leading, coaching and motivating a geographically dispersed team across the United States and Canada. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, account and territory reviews and performance discussions, establishing clear individual and team objectives and monitor performance against goals, KPIs, deadlines, and established standards.
• With Sales Leadership you'll lead execution of regional sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives and expand market presence across the leisure and all-inclusive segments. You'll work with you team to Develop and strengthen relationships with preferred wholesale partners, travel advisors, host agencies, consortia, and other key industry stakeholders and support team members in the field through customer visits, partner meetings, trade events, industry conferences, and other sales engagements.
• Operationally the Senior Business Development Team Lead role develops, implements, and maintains effective sales processes and ensures accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce and MicroStrategy.
• They are looking for good analysis experience for analyze individual and team performance using CRM, reporting, and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities, as well as for analyzing customer insights, market trends, competitive activity, and partner performance to identify opportunities for sales strategies.
• You will also need to demonstrate strong financial and administrative organisational skills for managing team budgets, business expenses to maintaining accurate personal and team calendars reflecting customer meetings, events, travel,
