Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift

Description: Acloche is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on experience operating both Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting productivity goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
• Stock inventory in designated rack locations.
• Perform inventory transactions using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 3 year of recent Reach Truck experience.
• Must have a minimum of 3year of recent Cherry Picker experience.
• Previous forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to work at elevated heights safely and comfortably.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Additional forklift equipment experience is a plus.
