Job Description

Providing purchasing and procurement support, the remote contract Buyer II will assist with purchase order management, supplier communication, and invoice tracking while maintaining accurate procurement records and supporting the purchasing team with daily operational tasks. Key responsibilities Assist with purchase order management, supplier communications, and invoice tracking Maintain accurate procurement records and support routine purchasing activities Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of purchasing tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree with 1+ years in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong data entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support preferred
